Now you can integrate your travel program with any expense management system open to accepting Egencia data, an option that can help your company realize greater expense management efficiencies, while maximizing ROI.

Our partnerships with T&E providers include Runzheimer International, ExpenseWatch and other leading expense management vendors.

Specifically, we provide a daily feed of booking data to any expense management system or external vendor that you request, including transaction-level details for all transactions on Egencia. This includes online and offline data for all lines of business, and fees.

Your travel program gains new efficiencies in the expense management process by using booking data to pre-populate expense reports.

We’d also like to point out other existing Ecosystem capabilities, such as Profile synchronization with your HR information system. Through our bulk data management service, Egencia can automatically create, modify, and deactivate profiles based on a data feed from your HR or Enterprise Resource (ERP) system.

In addition, we offer a single sign-on capability, which enables a direct, authenticated link to Egencia through a corporate portal, such as a corporate intranet.
