After the approval request is sent, the traveler can reserve the flight by continuing down the booking path. This will guarantee a seat on the plane, although the price may change.

Booking Path: "Reserve Flight Until Midnight Tomorrow"

When a purchase requires approval, the Billing and Delivery Information page is renamed to the Reserve Flight page. The link to Complete this purchase is renamed to Complete this reservation.

The traveler is sent an email notifying them that the trip has been approved.
