Small & Mid-Size Companies: Rewarding Business Travel

We want to make sure you're enjoying all of the cost savings, benefits and perks available to your travel program and travelers.

Benefits include a wide range of traveler and company-focused rewards, such as executive club memberships, incentive gifts, and free travel. Eligibility for many of these programs is based on air travel spend or company size.

Rewards programs typically operate outside any negotiated rate contracts that your company may have with individual vendors. Most airlines do not allow participation in both rate contract and business reward programs. You may also benefit from any third-party partnerships between air carriers, hotel or car rental chains.

British Airways

Optimizing your company's travel budget has never been smarter. Just enroll in British Airways On BusinessSM and start enjoying the benefits.

With On Business Points, companies can redeem for travel savings such as:

  • Reward flights to destinations worldwide, or
  • Vouchers toward nights in a Starwood or Marriott hotel, or
  • Round-trip upgrades

The program keeps rewarding your company:

  • Earn On Business Points for British Airways flights.
  • Two people from your company and up to five travel agents manage your company's On Business account and book redemptions online at ba.com.
  • Your employees also can join British Airways' Executive Club and simultaneously earn BA miles for their personal use.

Eligibility

  • Companies that currently have a British Airways Corporate Sales Agreement are not eligible to participate in the On Business program.
  • Company must have at least three traveling employees.

United Airlines Mileage Plus Elite Status Match Program

The Mileage Plus Elite Status Match Program will match the elite status a traveler holds on a participating competitive airline, up to Premier Executive (1P). This program is available to new or existing members, provided the traveler has not previously received a status match.

Simply print, complete and fax the form below, along with documentation showing elite status on the other airline to the Mileage Plus Customer Service team at 1-341-6140.

  • Have at least two travellers who, between them, fly more than five round trips a year in qualifying classes with Virgin Atlantic Airlines.
