Preferred Vendor Policy

Select which car rental or ground transportation companies are favored for your travelers.

Car Class Policy

Under this policy, you will find a list of your traveler groups. Clicking on a group will allow you to determine which car classes are available for which groups.

(Company-negotiated rates with car rental agencies are entered in your Company Profile, which you may prioritize in your travelers' search results. Please see the Basic Setup section for more information.)
