Manage Users is your control center for entering travelers into the system and managing existing users.

Go to Manage Users → New user account.
Create a profile for a user by entering the following information:

Go to Manage Users → Send e-mail invitations.
Enter the e-mail addresses of the travelers you'd like to invite to register (contingent on your self-registration setting). Edit the sample e-mail template and send.

Please contact your Consulting Manager to bulk load user profiles from a database. (See more in the Customer Service section.)
Find this control under Manage Users → Purchase notification settings.
Travel Managers can define a global purchase notification recipient list as well as per-profile recipient lists that are unchangeable by travelers and arrangers.
Please note that sending confirmations to arrangers only applies to arranged travel, i.e. traveler confirmations will not go to arrangers if travelers book their own travel.
