How To: Guests - Assign to Arrangers

How to Assign Guest Type to Global Arrangers & Arranger (Travel Managers only)

Guest types are assigned to arrangers in the same way as regular users - within the arranger's own account.

Create a new Guest type (see Manage Users | How To: Guests - Create Guest Types).

From the Company Tools toolbox on the homepage, go to Manage Users → User List (in the main menu).

Select the Global Arranger or Arranger (e.g. "Joe Global Arranger") you would like to manage a certain guest type. This will open the arranger's own profile.

Within the arranger's own profile, scroll down the page and click on Update [Arranger]'s traveler list (for example), then Add additional users to [Arranger]'s traveler list. Check the box next to the desired guest type (e.g. HR Recruit) and you're done!
