If a traveler typically goes through an arranger (administrator or coordinator) for all travel arrangements, there will be no change to the process; you will simply need to enable your arrangers to book through Egencia.
If the traveler typically books online, encourage them to create a personal profile and familiarize themselves with your company's Egencia site.
If the traveler typically books with an agent by phone, provide the number of our Corporate Travel Center, 1-866-EXP-CORP (1-866-397-2677) or the phone number provided for your company. Agents are available to walk your travelers through the process of booking online.
