Broadcast messaging is a feature that enables Travel Managers to post text and intranet or Web links to messages that will appear to all users when they log in to their user accounts. (They can also appear in itineraries.)

This feature can be used to post policy updates, highlight preferred vendors or communicate any other urgent messages to your travelers. Messages can be posted normally or marked as urgent. Only users with the role Travel Manager may add, edit, or delete broadcast messages.
Broadcast messages appear in a box in the top center of the homepage as Broadcast messages from your Travel Manager.

The messages will appear in the order of most-recently posted to least-recently posted.
If there are no current broadcast messages, users will not see the Broadcast Messages section on the homepage.
All users who log in will see any currently posted broadcast messages.
