Service Levels: Assigning Travelers

Travel Managers may assign service levels by traveler in your company and have the appropriate e-mail address and phone number appear for those travelers on your company's Egencia site. Travel Managers may also view itemized service fee schedules within their site.

Available service groups are determined by your company's enrollment level (e.g. Executive, Corporate, Corporate Select).

Custom, detailed customer service information displayed throughout the site provides easy access for travelers to agents or technical help - whether your users choose to book travel by phone, desire help with online booking tools, or have other requests.

Set Custom Service Levels for Users

From the Company Tools toolbox on the homepage, go to Company Profile → Service Levels.

On the Service Levels page, you will see listed which service levels are available to your travelers.

Clicking on the Service Level link (e.g. Corporate) will pull up:

  • General settings, such as the number of travelers assigned to this service level
  • Customer support phone number and e-mail address for this level
  • Itemized service fee schedule
  • Clicking on the Edit Members link (e.g. 20 members) will pull up: List of travelers already assigned to this service level

(Remember, you do not need to assign users to the default level - this happens automatically when the accounts are created.)

For Companies Subscribing to More Than One Service Level:

To add travelers to a service group, click on the Edit Members number link (e.g. 20 members, 0 members). You will then go to the "[Service Level Name]" Service Level Members page, where you may assign users to this service level.
