Pre-Trip E-Mails

Details of your upcoming trip from Egencia on the Go

With Egencia on the Go pre-trip e-mails, we’ve created a proactive solution that’s designed to anticipate a traveler’s concerns or questions, providing relevant information to the traveler when he or she needs it most—before the trip begins.

The traveler receives a pre-trip e-mail that:

• Reconfirms travel plans and reminds travelers to make any changes necessary
• Includes:
  • The most up-to-date version of their itinerary
  • Important messages
  • Cancellation policies
  • Web check-in
  • Relevant, useful links

Trip Collaboration Tools

Keeping in the loop with fellow travelers on the same trip

Traveler-friendly tools make collaborating with fellow travelers, easy, efficient and fun. The time-saving, trip-sharing and organizational tools for arrangers and travelers enable the reviewing, sharing, and coordinating of complex and small group trips.

As an example, travelers that are members of a group trip may collaborate by sharing Trip Notes, which can be edited and viewed by all group members and used for a variety of purposes including coordinating ground transportation and sharing links to maps, conference schedules, etc.

Over 35 percent of our flight bookings have multiple travelers from the same company traveling to the same city on the same day. Our trip collaboration tools can bring these travelers together in a more efficient and effective way.

Travelers will be able to invite others travelers from within their company to collaborate in a group itinerary.

Trip collaboration tools keep the lines of communication open for group travelers, allowing you to:

• Add travelers
• View itinerary details
• Share notes
• E-mail travelers
• Copy items or entire trips

Seat Pinpointer displays the location of fellow travelers on the aircraft’s seat map, if travelers are on a shared group itinerary and on the same flight.
